Also, not for nothing, the new PGL is horrendous. Gov's been relegated to another room(yes, he till sucks though) and somehow Seth Joyner and Barrett Fuckface is worth one Westbrook. Stupid.

you talking eagles or cowboys? because, as a cowboys fan, I'm yelling at garrett to try to get it downfield with 20 seconds left (even after the sack). I was surprised pederson didn't use his TO's but was glad he didn't just in the "I want to go to bed" sense.

bad loss. 10 point lead with the ball with 12 minutes left after kicking their ass the whole 3rd quarter and you blow it.

i've never been one to blame play calling for loses but some of Pederson's calls last night were awful. 7 point lead in field goal range after kicking their ass down the field all drive and you throw a pass from a wide receiver? then on 3rd down throw a backward pass and lose 6 yards. wtf was that? probably should have still attempted the field goal there too.

have to call timeout once the Cowboys had 3rd and 21 at the end.

thought Eagles should have asked for a review on Elliott's 3rd down run in OT too. Thought his knee was down and marker should have been about a yard back.

dink and dunk gets really annoying really quickly too. you have to throw the ball down field more. you just have to.

these wide receivers suck. catch the damn ball. the Green-Beckham drop on the 2 yard line was a killer. td there and it's over.

only complaint about the D is that you can't let a team go 75 yards down the field in OT for a touchdown.

Elliott is the new Michael Irvin on the a-hole scale. NFL tries to stop td celebrations but gf beaters like Elliott can make gestures after every 5 yard gain. grow up.

Cowboys have a lot of weapons on O. they are the better team and Birds had them down and almost out and couldn't finish. very disappointing.

and whoever mentioned post-game live i agree with. Joyner and Brooks are terrible. Gov is and always has been annoying. Westbrook was really good. Westbrook and Didinger was a great combo. It's unwatchable now.

There's a lot that we can bitch about - and believe me, A LOT - but this got me more than anything. Why do you let the coin toss determine the game essentially when you could have called a TO with about 28 seconds left; third & long, Dallas would most likely run a draw there to run the clock. You stop them and take your 2nd TO with about ~20-25 seconds on the clock. And I believe Dallas would have been around their own 20-ish(?, can't remember now), and they'd punt. You hope maybe their punter shanks it, or somehow you get the ball around your own 35. You then have about 15-20-ish seconds, with a timeout left, to maybe get into FG range, where the endzone is essentially the Dallas' 40 and you pray Stergis can hit a 57 yarder. This all sounds much more reasonable, and competitive, than leaving it up to a fucking coin toss. Now I'm pissed again.

Point being this game was costed by the coaching, Doug.

Tough one. This is all on Pederson. Up 10 even after all the drops and picked up flags and you give the ball to Smallwood for his 1st carry of the game. I hope Mathews learned his lesson, eye roll. Liked some things from this game but let the guys try to make a play down field every once in a while.

One of the worst coaching jobs, late in the game, you'll ever see. From the stupid Huff pass play to the screen 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage that took them out OUT of field goal range (well not really because it would've been a 53 yarder and sturgis hit a 55 yarder earlier, granted it was a career best) to not calling a timeout at the end to give yourself a shot. Just dumb. None of it made any sense. Did he think he could carry those timeouts over to overtime or something? What the fuck? Didn't expect them to win, but you CANNOT blow a 10 point lead late in the game like that. Now they're facing 0-3 in division if they lose next week.

I've been pleasantly surprised with Doug, like everyone else, thus far......but even in the other close games, he's made some really bone headed calls and mismanaged the clock. I guess this is what you get hiring a coach as green as him. Hopefully its growing pains and he'll learn from the mistakes, unlike some other coaches. But man.....that was just rough.

well public opinion is not based on the same level of burden of proof that prosecutors are. they declined to charge him but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. it just means they don't think there is enough to get a conviction. now if you can produce any report that says nothing happened and the woman fully made up all the allegations then i will retract my previous statement. until then i have to at least give some credence to the woman that he is an abuser.
