These guys are just out playing the Cubs every which way. Really enjoying this WS.

Out-playing and out-managing. I hope we get a win tonight. At least send it back to Cleveland and make it look like we made effort. Sadly I think Lester gets rattled early and the Tribe will be celebrating on our turf.

Gotta say it, Wob, I want to see a game 7. But then I want every WS to go to seven!

This is awesome. So long as it wasn't the team selling just released seats, that is.

If this is a season ticket holder who laughingly said "I am going to put my tickets on StubHub for $10,900 each and see if somewhere, there is someone crazy enough to buy them" and now has $43,600 in their pockets to watch the game with......I just think that is awesome.

I fully expect many to be pissed at this - but that is just not the way I see it. I see it as a free market play. Someone is paying a year of their kids' college off with this. (Well, guess that depends where they go to school...a big piece of a year anyway.)

And....if I am rich as shit and a big Cubs fan? I would have no issue dropping that money on front row seats @ World Series game.

Crazy what people are willing to pay. 2 friends of mine have 4 cubs season tickets....they don't even like baseball so it's a straight up investment. They sold 4 seats to last night's game for $21K! They sold them when the series was tied 1-1 and it was a potential clinching game for the Cubs. Both of them are building up their kids' college funds big time and will prob continue to do it for a few years here because the Cubs are going to be good for many years to come. I'm just pissed they didn't ask me if I wanted in on the tickets!

Wrong team, but the logos are alike.
I think, outside of the core, the Indians are the sentimental favorite....they don't feature a domestic abuser or a "divorced my wife when she got breast cancer" guy
