    Yes, I received a confiramtion email a few minutes after the purchase.
    But, if the purchase is shown under your profile, then it's ok

    As 'Julien' said, if it's on your profile - you get the tickets.. Perhaps they are just a bit behind on sending confirmation mails??

    Got a pair of the (expensive) 10c tickets earlier today. Got a nice little panic when I noticed that the first shows were already on sale when I got the tour news. Still figuring out which other show(s) to go to.

    got my copenhagen tickets!

    i logged on to a computer from school and realised that the show was on sale and had been so for 15minutes! i was crapping my pants as i waited for the teacher to start the next class so i could run in and get my wallet out of my bag... got my wallet, ran back to the comnputer class and got my tickets! OH YEAAAHHH!!!

    I had the same, so I bought tickets fr Copenhagen, thinking "maybe I will not go but at least I have the tickets..".
    But now that I have the tickets, I'm sure I will go..

    I just bought my Copenhagen tickets! I haven't been there since I was very small but I can't wait to go again! It's the day before my 18th Birthday, too! Great planning, PJ!! I can't wait :D
