Hoarder's Liquidation Commencing for Operation "Our First Baby/First House" this Winter!...

About to commence liquidation of PJ and Non PJ Items for Operation First Baby/First House this Winter! House is purchased and we move in October 7th, and baby is on the way and Due December 19th! Exciting times for us over here, but unfortunately I will need to liquidate A LOT of the Hoard! Not sure if my wife is happier that the baby is on the way, that we purchased a house, or that a lot of my collection is about to be downsized!!!
