I'm fully relaxed, just want what I paid for within timely fashion. Is that to hard to ask for? But show me one AP from Fenway were still waiting on? BK is a one man show, and his Wrigley print/poster went on sell weeks after the Thomas print/poster did, and he has already shipped his out. You don't offer your service unless it can be provided within a reasonable time. It's already been over six weeks since we ordered them (it doesn't take six weeks to have 300 posters printed). How long do you think is a reasonable time to have to wait for something you paid for? It seems like Steve really isn't customer savoy. Just have to look at the horror stories from the variants, and how a lot of people were treated.jervin007 said:

Yes, I put them up for sale before I had them in hand. Risky, but I call it "striking while the iron is hot". Hopefully it also put a few flippers in hot water.
Please don't expect them to come right away. I still have a full workload, family, etc. so I'm fitting the packing and shipping in whenever I have a minute. AND I WILL BE PACKING THEM MUCH BETTER THIS TIME.
Please pass this along. What's it going to take 3 months to get a print/poster.
Your customers paid for a service Steve, this needs to get done, and not whenever you have a free minute.
EDIT
Because someone will say the Shuss from Fenway is one were still waiting on. But, that one wasn't offered for sale yet.Post edited by EM194007 on0 -
If you are tired of waiting I am sure that he would give you a refund and gladly sell it someone else.EM194007 said:

Received my thomas variant on Monday corner damage. Way too many of these were damaged and not having any as backups for exchange makes it all worse.0

Steve does seem to be a nice guy though. I'm sure he has learned some things after all this.0

As an artist/photographer who makes my living by selling photographs and art prints I would never, repeat NEVER take money from a client, post a photograph of the item they purchased weeks ago and then state that I'll get around to shipping it when I have a "free" moment. Unfortunately Steve seems to be falling into the HUGE category of incredible artists who cant seem to run the business side properly.....EM194007 said:

anyone here that picked up 2 thomas posters and is caring enough to sell me one, you'd be helping a fan and not a flipper. stood in line for an hour and a half on landsdowne friday morning before working the Wishlist event and the last one sold as i was in the doorway. damn thing taken down 10 people in front of me right before my eyes. a $35 poster now turns into a stupid quest.
any help appreciated.
cheers and love,
sdI love to turn you on0
