OK, so I ordered the new Wilco Schmilco from their website with a t-shirt a month or 2 ago. It arrived today, 2 days after the vinyl only release, a day before the official release. THAT'S how you do it!

Mine came just as warped as the PJ records and has an annoying pop throughout the whole thing.

Same sinking boat as all the other Texans. Yield due in San Antonio yesterday. Still in Dallas. No Code started the process eleven days ago, and still hasn't left the warehouse. The slow crawl of the M.I. routes aside, how in the hell do products sit on a shelf for eleven days?! Especially as other products (7's) are shipping and being delivered. Nuts.

Same thing in Dallas. Got the tracking last week saying Yield would be at the house yesterday... No Code still showing in the warehouse. Purchase a pre-sale and then wait 2 weeks after release date to get it?

I don't spend as much time on here as I used to. I did see that Brad Klausen is taking responsibility and providing realistic timelines for his delays. Has Santos or anyone else addressed this?

same boat as other texans. so stupid.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.
  • OK, so I received both Yield and No Code yesterday, a full 10 days after I could have bought it at a record store. I'm happy to have them, finally, after all these years of waiting for the vinyl reissues. But I'm extremely dissatisfied with not having them on or before release day. And my baseline for that is any other band and/or on-line record label (Matador, Sub Pop) that delivers new releases on or before the actual physical release date. Why shouldn't we expect the same from a band as big as PJ who has always supported vinyl?

10 days, that's nothing still waiting on my Deep single and fanclub single.

Not expecting to see it today either.
Any reason why they would drop it off at the Dallas Post office when I live North of Austin?

Mine are supposedly being delivered here (Chicago) today and tomorrow. But the tracking says they are still chilling somewhere in WA state. Not sure what to believe.

Same story here pretty much: Yield was due in Las Vegas yesterday, still floating around in California since Saturday. No Code looks like it might have been transferred to UPS MI today; singles haven't left warehouse. Hoping to see Yield this week. Looks like No Code and singles will be 3 weeks after release date at best.

    Nuts indeed.

    Yield arrived last Saturday.
I ordered No Code 2 days before Yield, but Yield shipped first...odd. Looks like No Code may finish its long journey today.

When did they add that part? I'm pretty positive that wasn't there when I pre ordered 4 months ago.
    It's a hopeless situation...
