    2015 Halloween shirt was in September newsletter
    2014 Hallloween shirt was available Oct.1 (also in October newsletter)
    2013 shirt was in the October newsletter
    2012 halloween shirt was available beginning of October
    I remember it was happening in October for a while. Looks like many complained that their shirts arrived after Halloween when they did them in October so they started doing them in September. So it feels like Halloween 2016 shirt pre orders happening today.
