    ND, if you get an injury or have a guy that stinks, you'll want to swap him out for a free agent (someone that wasn't drafted or someone else dropped). The waiver order is just an order to obtain these guys.

    Example: you are 1st and I am 3rd on the waiver list and we both need a QB and put in for Tom Brady. You would get him.
