Hey patch collectors, what do you do with your patches?

I just bought a fenway one and wrigley one at the shows this year. Thinking about getting a canvas duffle to put them on but was curious what others do with their patches? Do you just put them in a shoebox, display them? Use them? Just looking for some ideas.

    I have a few patches that my wife has been promising to sew on some hoodies for me for awhile. She actually got started on it today. I will post some pics when done.

    I stole this idea from someone else on the forum but I'm going to buy a blank 47 adjustable hat and sew the patch on the front seeing as the band refuses to sell any hats that aren't flat brimmed :fearful:

    I've been collecting concert patches for a few years now. My idea was to put them on an Army Jacket once I could find the one I wanted. It might have been fate as I found the perfect one in Chicago last weekend. My wife hasn't sewn them on yet, but I can't wait for it to cool off and wear the jacket.

    How are you putting them on? I have that pack as well. I thought about doing using it, but the back has a plasticlike material, thinking about sewing them to the spandex sides, but not sure if that will hold up when they stretch to put stuff in.

    My wife finished one hoodie this morning. Used the patches from Wrigley 2013 and a $20 Champion hoodie we got at Costco. :smiley:

    That's a really neat finished product - well done....... and the price is ideal :) That guitar PJ patch is the best one that I've seen.

    Holy crap. I literally ... I mean, LITERALLY ... just was looking at that same hoodie at Costco last night, 14 hours ago. Didn't cross my mind to use it for patches – and this is after I posted in the Ten Club FB group asking for ideas for what to do with patches. I was thinking about putting them on an army green-colored spring/fall light jacket I wear, but this might be the way to go. NICELY DONE so far.

    That's pretty funny about the Costco story. I also grabbed a light gray O'Neill sweatshirt there too for another set of patches that my wife promises to have done by the end of the weekend. Will post here when done. Cheers!

    My tie-dyed I'm Analog T-shirt got caught on a bike handle at the Missoula show in 2012 ripped a big hole in the bottom seam,
    I used the PJ20 & 2012 Membership patch to repair the hole, and have added on to the bottom seam with every new patch available.

    My wife finished up a second hoodie this morning with a combo of one of the Fenway patches and one form the ten club shop. Got the O'Neill hoodie at Costco. Total cost with hoodie was $30. :smiley:
