    I just got rejected from a job. The interviewer called me, but told me really positive stuff about my interviewing. She asked if she could linkedin with me.

    thinking to myself this to someone; sorry i didnt know what sex was then nor did i practice it bc i was just a kid who came from a family who did not know what was going on in that building and thats how i knew it to be so instead of being an accusitive jerk ask mary and she will tell you and she will tell you how she knows!!!

    Been having a really hard time, for about 18 months now, with the purpose of it all. Its not just about death and destruction.....what is even the point of life at all, even when happy? I know it's cliche. The "Why are we here?" mindset. But i cant stop. It never bothered me until well after my kids were born. never thought about it until around 40 years old. I need a book or something.

    Hang in there, Hugh. Maybe there is no purpose to be placed on where we are; maybe it just is how it is.

    Or...that there isn't even a purpose to IT, but to each of us, in our exquisite, seemingly, and perhaps mistakenly inconsequential ways.

    Shit, I figure that to this point, I've gotten some answers, some I'm still trying to find, and others I thought I'd found turned around and said (royally, no less) "fuck you, keep searching".

    Look at your children - your precious cargo.

    And go volunteer your kind and thoughtful self somewhere.

    Cheers! It was grand, though there were more of them than I expected - my uncle and his wife plus three of their kids (my cousins) and three of my cousins kids too
