  • I only know them from their hits and "the middle" and "pain" are really great jams
They are telling you - be you - it will always be hard to be you - sometimes you bring it on yourself and at times others bring it down on you - preserve... at all cost perserve
and always spell check cause you can't spell for shit (me that is)

Best on the web - check them out

Saw them at a festival in 2002, around the time of Bleed America, they had some great tunes. must check out what they've done since then, i liked them a lot.

Here's the song Work from their album Futures, probably the most perfect pop-rock song to come out in a while, the chorus is a beast!

Isn't this the band that played on Letterman and at the end of the number the bass player rammed his guitar head downward into his amp? If that's right, that was a great performance- and not just because of the destruction aspect. I remember liking it a lot.
“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.
