That's in Dublin. I believe he jumped from the top of a speaker stack. He duct taped himself, I'm assuming so his clothes wouldn't be torn off by the crowd.

if the pic is on your computer go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload the pic u want. then there will be a whole lot of links, look for DIRECT LINK TO IMAGE towards the bottom of the page and copy the URL and paste it into the post.
