I went with 38 cause I was a little drunk on my birthday and didn't want to waste time agonizing over what to count.

    I turned 38.

Doesn't he select the number where the number of entries = posters available? That seems the easiest, right?

Maybe, but his message said that even if you picked the correct number, there may be so many people that also picked it correctly, that you may not get one.

I went with 14. Ernie Bank's number. Nothing to do with the poster but timely with the Wrigley show
    6/26/98 & 6/27/98 - Alpine Valley, 10/9/00 - Allstate Arena - Rosemont, IL 6/18/2003 - United Center, 5/16/2006 - United Center,

All Chicago Wrigley and United Center shows (not worth listing out )
  • Yea but the Thomas catch poster will easily be the best poster of all the wrigley and Fenway posters.

Curious who the other two characters are in the John Hughes print. Thought the fourth was Charlie Sheen from Ferris but think it's Judd Nelson from Breakfast Club. The 3rd character could be Steve Martin from Trains, Planes and Automobiles. Was hoping John Candy would be in there but the 3rd and 4th look to thin for him.

    The possibilities are plenty.
I thought #4 could be E. Estevez character from Breakfast Club, but his pants werent black.
Hoping #4 is Long Duck Dong ***fingers crossed***

Anyone ever travel with poster tubes on a plane? Should I find a post office, UPS store? Thanks for any info.

If you have more than one tube, buy some shrink wrap and wrap them up together to make it easier to carry them. You can even make a strap with the wrap and attached to tubes. It looks ghetto as hell but it works. I traveled from FL shows with 4 tubes wrapped together with no problem on flights.

Worst case scenario, if you had to ship something back home....you can ship a large (4 inch diameter) poster tube almost anywhere is US for $15ish USPS priority 2 day. $50 insurance is included and a couple of hundred $'s more of insurance is only $4-$5 more.
Yeah, most likely getting more than one poster.
If you're transporting more than one or two posters...
think about picking up a larger "bazooka" tube!!
Where do you get a Bazooka tube? I've googled it but I'm only getting results about subwoofers

Should be able to pick one up at office depot, staples, etc. Search for 3", 4", 5", or 6" poster tubes. They're not called Bazooka tubes, people just call them that.

    Hi
I really like the song "given to fly"… It came out in 97 and it was also on their fifth album so there were two winning numbers 97 and five...
Thank you to everyone for participating
