I'm so ready, I'm already parked on the street outside Third Man.... Wow can't believe this.

have a blast you lucky fuckers! how amazing an experience! a PJ show with 49 other people! incredible! smallest fan club-only show ever??

I would be parked out there already too, just to not miss a single moment of this once in a lifetime experience, with such an intimate setting. Extremely envious of the lucky 50 that get to attend tonight. Enjoy and keep us posted as to what went down tonight. But post it tomorrow, and take in every minute of this. Cheers.

They are going to play some weird shit tonight... small room... small audience... they can play anything they want...

Any chance at a new song?

Thought about this earlier myself. What better than to unleash a new song tonight and having such a small crowd get a first crack at it!

In an alternate universe, I would have been in Nashville, miraculously scored tickets and been over the moon right now.

I can't even imagine how those who scored tix (and their lucky +1s) are feeling right now.

Probably a silly question but Jack White is in the building correct?

I'm getting psyched for those who are going. Can't wait to hear about it tomorrow. I know I would pay a pretty penny to be there. Sounds like tix where free with purchase of a poster?

I'd be happy to drop $1K to go tonight.

I would pay a G as well. I'm sure others would pay more

This is bringing back memories of the Fonda Theater show in LA in July 2006. Capacity was about 1,200 and I don't recall how people got tickets to attend, but I went down there and tried my luck. There were around 200 people without tickets lined up outside. After letting in the ticketed people, they started letting in people in the standby line in groups of around 20. I was near the end but eventually got in, as part of the last group they let in. I missed the first 45 minutes of the show, but still was able to see the remaining 90 minutes of a free show in a small theater.

I really believe that some of the people on the waiting list will get in tonight.

I think people would pay several thousand to get in. I was extremely lucky to win tickets to U2 last year at the Roxy, which holds 450-500 and there was a guy I talked to who had paid $2,000 for someone's plus 1. This venue is much smaller, so I could see people willing to pay even more.

Can't wait for a report! I don't think the attendees will be sleeping anytime soon. An etiquette question: does one sing when there are only 50 people in the crowd?

You're ruining this with monetary talk...

I saw them at Colbert. 295 people total in the building? I was practically on top of them. Absolutely amazing experience!

I wasn't trying to ruin anything. I was only responding to the 2 people who had said they would each pay a grand to get in.

LOL, great question!!! The Lucky 50 better have been studying up their lyrical knowledge as you don't want to be the one who doesn't know the lyrics when Eddie puts that mic in front of you!

Will there be a periscope, kinda hard to not get called out on that though if there are only 50is people in the room.

It seems Ed is very proactive on the solo tours to shut down the distraction of people holding up phones so can't image a periscoped would go unnoticed.

As I've been reading through this thread a thought occurred to me. I honestly don't think anyone can really fathom how incredible this experience will be for those in attendance. For the band to play in a venue as small as the Blue Room at this stage in their career you would probably have to go all the way back to '91 when they were first starting out. This is going to be LESS than 200 people in attendance....OMFG!!!! This will be epic on so many levels no matter what they decided to play.
