    Playoffs are when it matters. I still say Eric and I end up in the finals again. ;)

    My pitchers aren't the best -- but they will be better than they are now.

    Your pitchers are excellent -- your ROI on those two shit pushers from the Nats has been nothing short of miraculous. If they can continue to throw like aces you will be awfully tough to get past for Eric in the playoffs.

    I expect Ross (Washington version) to fall off but I think Roark can keep this somewhat up. Maybe not 2.03 ERA but around 3 with lots of K's. Price will also not have a 7 ERA all season. Once the weather warms up in Boston I expect him to be much, much better.

    I just disposed of Eric in ass kicking fashion so we will see how it goes. I get Empty much later in the season so I have that as a standings booster should I fall back as I expect will happen. I keep waiting for Fielder and Carlos Gomez to start playing like they deserve to be in MLB. Should they get their shit together and do something other than strike out every at bat we will be a half decent team.

    My team is in an absolute tailspin. Hitters have missed games (multiple) and pitchers have underperformed.
    Good news is there is time to figure it out. Bad news is I went from the top winning percentage to position to lose the #1 spot in division within 3 weeks.

    You should be ashamed of losing to Scott.

    Congrats Eric of taking back first from me. I had an off week and ran into a good team thats hitters had a very good week. It is helping me realize we will be around at the end though (barring injuries) as even in a bad week our pitching helped keep it from being a really bad week.
