I recently held up traffic for a turtle crossing the street:) I think he escaped from a lady's home made pond! He/she was nearly across the street, but if I continued, the next car may have squashed it, so I sat there. Irritated people drove around me. I need a bumper sticker, "I brake for turtles."

My friend has an animal rescue kit in her trunk so that she can stop and rescue any animal that needs rescuing (so far I know there have been cats, dogs, possums and I think a groundhog)

And yes, the giraffe is a strangely beautiful animal. Always love it when a little bird sits on her head but still she remains calm. What a classy animal!...
