This is why we love this band - amazing story! Did not get to see the Periscope, so looking forward to a good youtube when someone has time to post. Way to go Noah!
I watched on Periscope last night. Great job Noah! Truly heartwarming. And Sad? Man...ive been playing guitar for 25 years, sad is hard, and it sounded pretty darn near perfect from here!
The power of music is unbelievable and to see it unfold like this is inspiring. Way to go Noah; keep playing! Your back up band wasn't too shabby either
No matter how cold the winter... there's a springtime ahead

It has been an amazing journey to see Noah fall in love with the band that we love so deeply. And Thursday we will be able to take him to hear PJ live for his first time in Quebec.
How incredibly awesome. I'm so happy for Noah and for you all of you. What a great experience, and what an inspiring, wonderful band we have fortuitously been blessed to enjoy for 25 years....
I'm not a big fan of all these requests and everything on here lately, but mom and dad....be proud, that's one of the coolest things I've seen in a while. Kid has stones to play on that stage

They played all 3 requests, and all were appropriate and had beautiful stories and reasons for them, and made last night's show that much more special. I agree when someone wants to hear a song "just because". Rarely do those get played, but if something touches anyone in the band, I think makes the show better, last night was one of my favorite shows ever, and only validated what many of us already know, that Pearl Jam is everything you could hope for in a band.
I was super duper close for your performance Noah. You can shred kid, made me happy seeing how happy you and your family were. But equally as important you guys got the band to play surrender which is a song I like a ton! So thank you guys!
That's a youtube link to the video I shot. My wife and I met Noah and his mother the day before the show in GA line and then spoke with them the morning of the show as well when waiting for merch to open. I told mom that I thought it could happen, that the band would see her 10C post and vids and then they'd bring him up onstage to jam and sure enough they did. Seeing all that actually happen was a true highlight of the night...such a cool kid...such a cool thing for the band to do, plus they took the whole family backstage after the show. We saw Noah get guitar picks, a tambourine, setlist...
Mom, if you see this, shoot me a pm...I also have a few stills of Noah and your husband rocking out sidestage during the encore. Awesome, just plain awesome night!

Seems like there was a kid who looks just like Noah on the stage last night

And Mom and Dad, my hats off to you for your parenting. The world will be a better place because of parents as yourself.
Peace, love, and much respect
