i do this in real life... if someone is talking to me and i find it boring, for instance hurling chat... then it goes like this

IrishNutter: so the hurling was interesting last night Jesus, is it ok to call you Jesus, anyway Paddy O'Oe scored a try thingy from miles away using a big net thingy

Me: is that right, sounds inter... (then throw your head back and go....) *makes snore noises*

its deeply insulting but it works a treat... there is no comeback from that tactic... its soul destroying... ergo i love it and use it all the.... *makes snore noises*

Its great, and the other person usually laughs but doesn't go back to the story :D

Love the new sig, made me laugh :D

I got a fantasy footie superleague going with the Times if anyone is interested in joining. Let me know and I'll email you an invite. It costs £5 to set up and to play in the superleague everyone is giving me €10 and there will be a prize for 1st 2nd and last place. I can collect tenners at the gig in August :D
    I need a coffee!

I love cucumber but I always thought those 'little old lady' cucumber sandwiches were funny. Just cucumber and very finely sliced white bread with crusts taken off!!! :D

I like cucumber with primula cheese and chives sandwiches :D
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
  • I often find cucumber accompanying tuna in sandwiches sold many places.

I have to confess I'm something of a salad addict....and the cucumber always does add that certain something.

Why do they always put tuna with cucumber?!! I can't eat fish so that always bugs me :D

Teh cucumber certainly does add that certain something to a salad I find :)

I dunno.....though I do prefer tuna with cucumber to tuna with sweetcorn which appears to be the other favoured combination though.

can't eat fish? are you allergic or something?

That's too bad, I love fish, mackeral in particular......had mackeral and salad for tea, it was very tasty indeed :)
