    My suggestion would be that you NEVER EVER EVER take drugs into an airport.
    That's probably the smartest advice. However, I know people have even fooled drug dogs by adding edibles into normal food packages that look like snacks for the flight, especially food with strong scents. I don't recommend risking getting a federal drug charge, but if you can't survive without it, I'd suggest doing something like that.

    We also have it pretty good in Norcal. Like someone else already said, edibles discreetly packed in baggage should be fine. My wife unknowingly brought some she had in her purse all the way to Ireland and back. She saw it when she got home and was bummed she didn't use it on her trip.
