this is the Alive video where Eddie hugs the guy with the sign (Alive saved my life) also if anyone comes across an audience recording of the show, that would be most awesome

here is the picture of it, how sweet it is, Eddie found the guy with the sign The Song Alive Saved My Life, how sweet is that, and there are times when the song Alive also gave me hope when I had entered dark spaces in my mind and was ready to lose hope, but it gave me that little bit extra, so I can totally feel you on this and so happy you got this moment with Eddie, it is something you will remember at least for the rest of your life

Still on a high from the greatest PJ show I've ever been to. It was show 17 for me, and I brought my daughter along for her 11th birthday and 1st show. She got a pic from Mike, which was awesome and Vs. front to back??? Insane. Thank you to the band for an awesome show, 10club for the best seats I've had - 1st row behind the pit - and to an incredible crowd. See you all in Cola Thursday. I checked last night's setlist in VA - still no Chloe Dancer this tour....

I traveled 4 states to see the show and I can say almost everything about that night was perfect. I have been a fan of PJ since 92 and a member of the fan club since 98! I am still trying to figure out why I was in the 10th row in section 103 behind 4 meatheads that spent the entire night texting pictures of them and Eddie to their friends. They could care less about PJ. Nice job Ten Club!

Anyway, the night started with my favorite song and I knew it was going to be a great night. When they started Animal, I knew it was going to be VS. night! The crowd was amazing and the energy was incredible, I shook off the crappy seats and just enjoyed the show. A lot of people have talked about mixing up the setlist vs. playing a full record. I can tell you, I did not get to see them until 98 so I never had the chance to see some of there songs performed live even after seeing them live 10 times. The crowd was really into it and I have never seen so much energy from the crowd as they plowed through VS. Eddie's voice was incredible and Mike is a show on his own. HE NEVER STOPS!!! The energy dropped when they started playing songs off of LB. But, I still enjoyed every moment of the show. Highlights were Indifference, Breath, Present Tense and Comfortably Numb.

I was in Milwaukee for Yield and Greenville was so much better. I have seen the band since 98 and they just get better each time. 25 years and going strong!!!!!!

Sad this is the only show this tour.

at least you made it a memorable one, I would rather have one awesome jaw dropping show, than 2 great shows

Wow! That's cool! I will never be the same again! Seriously though I'm still flying! I'm searching for people to tell the story to. My family has heard it all so many times they are starting to give me that glazed over, rolled eyes, patiently tolerant smile and nod look. "The bottle" has found a safe place in my dining room cabinet.

My video shot at the end of Alive. Only regret is I forgot to turn my camera the right way. :anguished: Worth the EV salute to us at the end and the memorable hug for the guy holding the "Alive" sign in the stands. thanks Eddie.
Has to be the best version and performance of that song I can imagine hearing.

That was my wife telling you. We had just finished meeting Mike. I told her to stop telling people after you because I didn't want him to be blown out by people. She was excited for me and wanted to tell people.

Awesome! Give her our thanks as we likely would have missed him. :D

does anyone know that fan's story? Someone mentioned at the show there were a section of veterans but I don't know if that is just speculation.

He sent me a very nice email and stated he might share his story. It was very emotional in that area. So glad he got that experience.

thanks Jmug. Don't have to know now. Just glad he was given that moment by Ed.

hoping Ed remembers Charleston AME tonight. Would be a powerful moment of unity.

What a show. Vs was the album playing when my boy was born and then he is there to hear them play the whole album on his first birthday??? What are the chances!!?? Of course, he doesn't know anything about it, but someday he will!

The set list and energy were off the charts in Greenville, only the Euro shows I have seen, Vienna in particular, can compare to the magic they conjured on this night.
