    Nice to make the playoffs, but its plain to see they are a good ways away from being a serious contender.
    Series is over, look forward to seeing some skill added to the lineup next year.

    Plastic bracelets given out for the opening ceremony. Select fans threw them on the ice when the game was outta hand. Flyers got a delay of game penalty for it too
    Not a good look, especially being they were for the Snider ceremony. Certainly nothing ground breaking either.

    Thought the announcers pointed out how fucking dumb the announcement that 'The next time a single bracelet is thrown on the ice there will be a pentalty' was. C'mon. As if 10 Caps fans didnt immediately throw their bracelets onto the ice.
    Keep in mind that the Caps demolished the NHL this year. They were the best team.

    Utterly amazing that this is going to a game 6 when our top line players havent done squat and the team sits back in defensive mode when they have a lead. Not a good formula, but they have gotten away with it for now. Cant expect that to keep up going forward.
