Taking my 13 year old son to his first PJ concert. Really want to get a poster for this one. Just looking for advice. How fast do they normally sell out? Do the outdoor merchandise tents have them? I see they open at 1pm.

    They are sold at the truck outside, and inside the venue. Really depends on the popularity of the poster if it sells out, or sells fast. If it does sell out, typically the artist will sell some copies after the show on their website. And 10c will sell some in a few weeks as well in the shop.

    But if you want to take the guesswork out of it, and have the means, go get in the outside merch truck line no later than 11. You'll wait a couple hours, but you're almost guaranteed to get a poster if you get there early enough, and then you don't have to walk around with it in the show. I realize this may not be feasible, but in my experience, it is the single best way to make sure you get a poster.

    Hit the line for the merch truck about 12:45. I would say we were about 200 back in the line. Took about 2 hours and to get the poster. Now for Columbia, SC it might have to be different plan since we have to wait in the GA floor line too.

    In Miami they ran out of posters while I was waiting in line. I had GA floor tickets and they let us in 15 minutes before so my buddy went straight to the stage and I went to the merch booth. I was second in line... Had to hold the poster tube for the whole concert but what the heck!
