Helpful hints for Greenville... parking, dining, etc....
If you are traveling to Greenville from out of town, I have some pointers/thoughts on how to handle the day.
1) Plan to get downtown as early as possible. Downtown Greenville is consistently rated very highly for small cities and there are a large number of things to do. This makes it pretty congested on a Saturday night. I would recommend parking away from the arena. Parking downtown in the one of the ramps a few blocks away from the arena will help you get out of the area quicker, or make it easy to grab a bite to eat and have a drink or two after the show. The number of restuarants and bars is too many to list. From very expensive steakhouses to Tapas.
2) Avoid any GPS instructions that include taking Woodruff Road. It is congested horribly on the weekends. If you come from the southeast on Woody, you will meet stop and go traffic for about 3 miles.
3) If you park downtown, away from the 2 ramps near the arena, there is a footbridge that you can get to from Church street. It crosses over Beattie Place and brings you right to the arena. I am guessing the Ten Club tickets will be at the front of the building, this will be pretty accessible from the footbridge.
4)There is so much to do within a half hour or so of Greenville that filing the day is pretty easy. If you like to hike, or walk trails or sit in a coffee shop, you can PM me for specific things to do. There is even a BMW museum pretty close, for car buffs.
Have a great time and welcome to Greenville

i saw that they have organized tours but we won't be in town soon enough for that
Though I am not a huge vinyl fan, Horizon has a great restaurant called The Bohemian attached to it. Highly recommend if time is available.
Finding tailgating friendly parking may be a challenge.
