Colored Vinyl Q's

So, is it all random when it comes to getting a purple or splatter vinyl Sonic Evolution, a red vinyl Lightning Bolt, etc...? just curious. Any purchase thru 10C I only received the typical black vinyl...

    The purple was available for a short time. Not random.
