    Just cause someone's queue says 'charged' does that mean a guaranteed 'won'?

    Yes, if you have a dollar value next to total charged, that means you won. It wont flip until "won" until the thing is over, and your card is charged, etc.

    My thought as well. My first choice is Wrigley 1 reserved so I'm feeling good about it, even though it still says "TBD".

    Hoping thats the case. Still tbd. Theoreticaly if people won wrigley 1 res as priority 2, as i have it pri 1 i should get it, but who knows. I thought last time results got updated alphabeticaly by last name.

    False. Some banks release authorizations after a few days. You should be fine, and I predict everyone with reserved as #1 and maybe #2 priority will be winners!
