So let's look at the available weekends:

5/13, 5/20 - Just after the spring dates, not likely
6/03, 6/17 - Just before or after Bonnaroo, not likely
    7/22 - A month before Fenway/Wrigley, maybe
    8/12, 8/26 - In between or after Fenway/Wrigley, maybe
9/07, 9/14 - After DMB Labor Day weekend, more likely

Looking at www.cavebinn.com you can see where the resort is blocked out the weekends of Sasquatch, Phish, DMB, as well as several FRI/SAT combos that are probably weddings.

Unless the wedding party booked the whole property (which could happen) they are not for weddings. I am getting married there. Weddings happen regardless if there is a concert or not, as long as the band is not staying there, then as you already know, most of the property is off limits. More than likely they are for bands and yet to be announced shows.
  • 07/08 sounds pretty good, my birthday.
    4/18/03, 10/6/04, 9/11/05, 6/24/06, 6/16/08, ?
