    Eddie might dedicate both shows @ Wrigley to the Cubs.

    The energy from both the band and crowd could inspire the Cubbies to go all the way for the first time in over 100 years. Think about that. There can't be anyone left alive who remembers the last time that happened.

    Pearl Jam & their fans could be responsible for that happening. YOU could be responsible for the Cubs winning the World Series.

    Who doesn't want to be at the two concerts that could break the curse of the billy goat?

    I know I want to be there.

    I lived north of Chicago for like 6 months and frequented the city often. It was charming and amazing. I have been back several times since. Highly recommended.

    You know what Merkin Baller and youngster? Forget it! Everyone just come to Chicago then! All this thread did was remind me how awesome our city is! So everyone go right ahead and get tickets to Wrigley! Best cas scenario I end up in GA, worst case I'm kickin it on Sheffield listening for free. Not a bad worst case! Sorry your city sucks so bad :wink:

    I'd rather walk to Fenway then risk the possibility of being tainted by anything cubs related...

    40,000 Chicagoans!? When I went to the United Center shows in 2009 I barely heard 40 Chicagoans in that venue. Ironic that the first show was dedicated to a recently passed friend of Jeff's - the whole venue must've known, as they were deathly silent!
