    I'm so relieved you finally got it! Sorry for the lateness and the lack of wrapping and card etc! I decided quite late in the game to go to Colombia and Mexico for the shows and got a bit short on time, so I went with a 10c gift and ended up without tracking info and couldn't add my name anywhere. :D I'm glad you got it and guessed correctly that it's your secret santa gift.

    My ss a few years ago was in Australia. Took 13 weeks for the package to arrive from Canada lol I totally had given up hope it would ever make it but happily it did...

    I haven't seen anything about my gift being received, but I did send it (a week after the deadline). I did reply to @dimitrispearljam email that I sent it. So @krobbinz I hope you received your present and that you like it! I feel bad for those that participated and didn't get anything. It was fun to get a package from another PJ fan!

    ;) I didn't want to ruin the surprise but if it were me I would at least like to know I was not forgotten about.. But I am super excited & can't wait for it to arrive. Maybe this will be the week!!

    It really is crazy the way our mail goes out. We live down near the border across from Detroit & they closed our sorting facility in Windsor. So now our mail goes to Toronto first & gets sorted there. Even when we mail to the next town 10 minutes away it goes via Toronto, four hours away.
    I think they did away with the horses & ride those turtles as Dimi says ;)

    I have had such a good time doing this over the years and met so many fantastic people - both people I got gifts for and people who sent me gifts. I'm happy my SS person liked the gifts I sent this year even though they got there late. And I'm a little bummed to not get anything, but I've had such a great experience I can't really complain.

    I love seeing all the creative gifts people send.

    And thanks to Dimi, once again, for putting this all together!

    I did ok, with my gift. It was my first year, I got hung up on the 15$ thing. After reading this thread, I realize I could of done so much better. Next year, watch out my gifts are going to be sweet.

    There's no problem with that. I'd be happy with just a card. This year shipping alone cost me more than $15 :lol:

    And the gift I sent is on it's way to the person I'm sending to. It'll just arrive in freakin February as it was a pre-order item.

    Still nothing here.....Starting to get bummed about this. I've been a part of 10+ different PJ Christmas Secret Santa Groups over the years and this is the first time that nothing came.

    When people don't do their part its on them, not you Dimi! I as well as many other people appreciate what you have done with this year after year and have made connections because of you.I would still continue to do this if even stiffed as I have made many new friends from this group and the Wishlist/Behind The Sun secret Santa Groups over the years.

    Dimi had reached out to my Santa and they said they mailed it out on 12/31 and that it would be there shortly... Well 16 days later and bumpkiss!

    People should get blacklisted for not following through in this. If something is coming later after the holiday from preorder or a longer time to fill an order a simple Christmas card with a note in it saying something will be heading there will go along way. Not sending anything and just letting it go is wrong and gives the person the wrong impression.

    Cheers to those who sent out and followed through, you are what makes this work. And thanks to Dimi for making the magic happen by coordinating this, it has to be alot of work!

    I want to apologize for being so late to post; the month of December was truly a tough one. Amongst the waves, my Secret Santa brought a much needed smile to my face. Thank you Liz & Tyler for the EV shirt, sticker, The Fixer vinyl, bumper sticker, & most of all, the funny ass chicken! It has truly brought some much needed laughter into our home :) Thank you, and again I'm sorry for being an ass & not posting sooner. Twas chaos
