Fenway vs. Wrigley
Which venue should I pick - Fenway or Wrigley and why? Can't do both unfortunately.

2016: Lexington and Wrigley 1
Both are gonna have great shows, though. If you've never been to either I would say go Wrigley. Chicago in the summer is awesome!

Fenway has a great vibe around it before and during shows, it's currently in beautiful condition, and there are lots of great bars around the park.
I'm sure you could also say those things about wrigley.

Wrigley was awesome in '13 and I highly recommend the Wrigley experience for anyone thinking about it. I'm all in for Fenway though. Thrilled it's finally happening.

The intangible in this is that Ed loves the Cubs and Wrigley, so it would be human nature that he wants to make sure Wrigley comes out great. Also, the band may want to make up for the prior Wrigley show (unfinished business,) so they could do something extra special. Personally, I just hope they play the songs that were scratched off the original setlist so I can finally hear "Other Side".

A ) There is a gap between both stadium shows because there will be a fanclub only show before the first stadium show. Similar to the Vic in 2007. In a much smaller venue.
B ) The in-between date at the stadium shows will be a separate concert with bands that Pearl Jam has connections to (Star Anna, Joseph Arthur, etc). Here is the catch, if you want to buy tickets to either of the stadium shows in that city, you have to sign up for the in-between show, kinda like how PJ20 tickets were for both nights. This gives the stadium shows more of a destination weekend feel. Pearl Jam gains an extra day of selling merchandise. Pearl Jam members likely will show up and join some of the bands for a song or two.
What do you think?

I'm kinda leading towards Fenway. Being that it's closer to me. Though what happen back in '13 at Wrigley, the guy's will probably want revenge from that storm delay that took place so they can make up the lost time there onto these new shows which means longer set.
