Entering The Lotto Drawing

Im having a hard time entering the drawing. Wont allow me to click a show i want to enter for. I am also not seeing a check box that states you understand the rules to proceed with the shows you'd like to attend. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

    took me about ten minutes to reread the information on the main page and click on the "2016 Tour: at the very bottom of the show listings page!
