3rd year member but first lottery. joined in feb of 2013. my number is in the 5's. being only 5'8 i dont wanna sit 50 rows back by the sound guy lol. what are the odds putting in for just GA vs GA/floor? do they take that into account? also anybody else who has a number in the 5's, where were your seats? cause im heavily leaning to just putting in for ga and the ones i dont win, buying lower bowl seats. any input would be great. thanks guys

In my experience, you don't get a choice of putting in where you'd like to sit. Typically you don't find out where your seats are until the day of the show, when you pick up your tickets. If your membership is only 3 years old I don't think you'll have to worry about getting on the floor, which sounds like it's what you're hoping for. Good luck!

im not hoping for floor cause my number determines where i sit. im considering only putting in for ga for that reason and just buying lower bowl seats. i dont wanna sit all the way by the sound guy when i can buy lower bowl, 2 sections away for the same price and not have to look over 1k people lol.

Most of "lower bowl" from stage to curve is held for fanclub. Best bet at public on sale in these sections is single seats.

I'm less than 5'1" and rolling with a 515 number. Got GA for the fall 2014 tour. Put in my time and got rail.

If you are going for seats, they'll be higher up given the number. You'll be in the house with PJ playing, so that is what counts, right?

so basically the higher your number is, the farther away you sit? not complaining because my dad will refuse to stand for that long so seats are better for us anyway.
