    MLB to me sounds like they were really trying to sound like GNR which makes sense given the time. It's still great stuff that I enjoy and I think chloe/crown is a stupendous song. But Chris just brings me to another place with that voice, and their music is more representative of Soungarden/PJ which appeals to me more than GNR.

    Yea, I guess Cornell's voice just puts me in that place. I do enjoy both however.

    Temple of the Dog is a fantastic album - I love every song and it's still one of my favourite records to spin...

    But...

    Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns for the win. Every. Single. Time.
