    Thanks for the replies. Discogs just called it a promo. Why go to the effort of breaking the law and bootlegging the thing if they werent going to make it blue.

    So many bootlegs in Europe these days. Get excited every time I pick up a 90s Neil Young LP at a record fair only to see the small print on the back is usually poor quality and the first giveaway that its fake.

    There are no rules in various European & Latin American countries. They can counterfeit, pirated & illegally bootleg pretty much anything they want and get away with it. You just have to be smart & know the product before you fork over the bucks when shopping online or in stores.
