    If no pain but still "not 100% healthy", then maybe schedule it but see if you should cancel and save the money if it improves before the appointment.

    I cancelled it and am going to see how the knee reacts to me attempting badminton on Wed :tongue:

    It's confusing as it feels fine when I'm just knocking around the house or when I use my exercise bike. Then it gets sore after 5 or 10 mins walking, though so far today it's been ok so who knows!
