I would love a show with those 4 bands. All are very good live bands.

Ticketmaster accidentally posted a show in Maine. Supposedly going to tour all of country like this

My bet is the CAge the Elephant, Foals, Silversun Pickups, and bear hands arena tour for late spring.
Damn I have zero clue who any of these bands are.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

Silversun Pickups are GREAT... I've seen the 3 times!!
I've seen Cage The Elephant (they opened for Manchester Orchestra) once and they are pretty good too!
Haven't had the chance to see Foals or Bear Hands yet, but would love to check them out!!

So is the best case scenario this week a Bonnaroo announcement with an email from PJ saying an announcement of future dates will be forthcoming?

I wasn't thrilled with their last album. Completely different direction.

So, all the people that "knew" info about a PJ tour, what's up?

Makes sense they announce festivals first. Let people buy tickets to those shows first and then announce full tour. Otherwise people might skip the festivals because they already had tickets to the solo PJ shows.

It looks like in 2014, ACL was announced on April 22 and 10C announced the rest of the fall dates on May 21.

    Ouch.

I second this! Should have seen it in Nobelsville in '10 but with the storm and problems with 10 club line, we got in on the second song, Last Exit. I still have not gotten over it. Now about 5 shows later, still have not gotten it!

But you heard it right while in line? That should still count in my book!

    Ouch.

It works that way often, but that doesn't necessarily mean it would this time. Other alleged artists for Bonnaroo and Jazz Fest 2016 already have tour schedules out for 2016. Plus, I don't think Jazz Fest is as picky, so it's possible PJ could announce Spring dates, Jazz Fest, and Bonnaroo around they same time, and announce other dates weeks or a month later. All of this is hypothetical of course.

It makes sense but not a great way to treat your fans. Business is business though.

Very true about PromoWest. But every now again they promote shows at the Schott. So there's a chance.
Thanks for the info...I didn't know that!!
The Schott is the venue I'm hearing rumored for a Columbus show!!

I'm getting really discouraged about this tour. I need to have my summer vacation request in by February 1 for work, and I was hopeful when these rumors started that I would be able to attend some shows. It's a big birthday for me this year and I was hoping to make a big trip and be able to include some PJ shows, but now I think I should just plan my trip without PJ shows. Such a disappointment.

Welcome!
