She has a tumor on her spine the size of a golf ball and they want to see if it has gone anywhere else. He said that they didn't say it was cancer, but for me the scan to see if it has moved to her brain or elsewhere spells PET scan and that isn't good. He said that he was in tears. She just got married a year ago. Breaks my heart for her.

    Right now the power box exploded again for our neighbourhood so we have no electricity

    Well when you say someone is Machiavellian, you're usually saying they're kind of a schemer, that they're plotting something towards their own ends. It's frequently used in reference to politicians unsurprisingly!
