Hey PJ, on the next album why don't you...

...self produce it? Seems like the time to give it a try. All the solo/side albums coming out in the last few years have been pretty solid. Moonlander, Ten Commandos, RNDM, McCready and his many singles and one offs, etc. Go for it. Try something different and see what happens. And just for more experimentation, try and write and record it three weeks. Fresh, energetic and spontaneous.

I'm sure they'll read this and it will convince them.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

I think so as well. Hence why I wrote it.

Self-producing I don't know much about, but I'd really love for them to record the album in a short period of time, rather than two separate sessions like LB was. The thing I really didn't like about LB is that it feels like two different albums, mainly due to the two separate recording sessions. I agree with you on the recording part, I feel like they work really well with Brendan O'Brien and won't wanna give that up
