I've never filled out the tags field, but, goddamn it, PJfan, you inspired me to do so on my latest post. It probably won't become "popular," but at least it's new.
So you've got that goin' for you ...
... which is nice.
They don't bother me, because I never look at them nor do I know how they work really. But I heard your call and played my small part to answer it.
Now, skin tags. Those fucking things bother me. Gross! WTF, middle age!?!Post edited by dankind onI SAW PEARL JAM0 -

I never knew skin tags were popular...do people collect them?!?!?!?The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

I thought it was about this.

or is it about the annoying tags in T-shirts? I have found that the tagless tees use scratchy paint for the 'tag' it's almost worse than having a tag.The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Were the luggage tags popular? Maybe they were. It looks like they've sold out.I SAW PEARL JAM0 -

DD has the luggage tags. He's traveled with them. He liked them well enough.
Tags-- you can't live with 'em, you can't live without them!

I know where the popular tags are. That didn't answer my question. Allow me to rephrase it for you. If you look at the popular tags, you know-- the ones that you are talking about. Which ones would you like to be removed and specifically which would you like to remain.PJfanwillneverleave1 said:
Well have a look at the popular ones.deadendp said:Such as?
Ask yourself, "When people come to a Pearl Jam website what tags should they click first"?
Furthermore do all these tags resonate with you?
I am quite certain that people don't come on this website to seek some of the "popular tags"
Secondly, why does this bother you? Just wondering. It's not something I use, but it doesn't bug me. I also don't use lights up/down, but that doesn't bother me either. The only thing that did bother me was "Mark All Viewed." That was taken care of, came back and thankfully went away.
Just wondering why this particular portion of the forum seems to perturb you so.2014: Cincinnati

As a kid, I hated being IT in tag.
Yeah, if it ain't a problem, leave it be. My view, anyway. For example, I've managed a lovely and efficient reach-around as related to marking all viewed. Surely the same can be done for tags and stickies and the like.
Doesn't matter if some stuff remains, does it? Like the (perceived) jerk who suggested the thread for the missing Ohio fellow-fan be taken down. Seems like energy might be better spent elsewhere vs something petty.
Just don't get how something like this, or that, would impact anyone in a real sense.0 -
