    What you got againt the steam room Rob. Great way to help cleanse yourself. Crush it at the gym yellowwho. I normally go every morning during the week and give the body weekends for as RR calls it "growing". I will go later though today though to make up for some bad food choices last night.

    My gym is a different beast on evenings and weekends than at 3:30am. Early morning no one is there but the super serious croud. Great atmosphere to workout. Everyone with headphones on just crushing their workouts. Weekends brings the hotties but also the not as serious club. The ones sitting around looking at their phones or having social hour. I just need to look up when yoga class ends and will go at that time today. I'm still hoping for a second glimpse of handstand splits girl. Maybe its my lucky day and we will meet for a special moment in the sauna.
