What about ... the MUSIC?

PJ was INTERVIEWED on Colbert last night and played a song. Sounded and looked great. First live footage in a year and we saw the entire band hanging together on live, national TV, which is a career rarity. But there's NOTHING on this board about it. All just pop-up shop crap, line talk, colored vinyl, merch, merch, merch and the normal bitching and whining.

This place has nothing to do with the music anymore. Neither do most of the fans here. Ugh.

There are 4 threads on the first page about Colbert. You must've been too busy "bitching and whining" about the other threads to actually look for them.

so now we have another thread not dedicated to the music/gathering... just one about a self-righteous bitching about other fans.

Yep! I've been commenting on this too because I was at both the pop up and Colbert show!

We the fans booed at the thought of Colbert referring to PJ as "Dad rock"!!!

I was disappointed they cut that from the broadcast. I mean I think I don't get the joke - most of them (all of them?) ARE Dads and they still rock!
