I want your tater tot casserole recipe, sometimes a craving needs to be fed. =)

    ok:

make tater tots in the oven-sprinkle taco seasoning on them if you like-when you cook them half way, sprinkle and toss so the seasoning sticks.

while you're waiting for the buggers to cook, cook up the ground beef just like if you were making it for tacos. Cook meat, drain, toss on taco seasoning on how spicy you like it.
Chop up onions, tomatoes, grate cheese, get all the taco toppings ready.

when the tots are done, leave the oven on. Toss half the tots into the baking dish, make sure they cover the bottom completely. Layer the ground meat over the tots, sprinkle on some grated cheese, and some chopped onions. Add another layer of tots, meat, cheese, onions. Put back in oven for 15-20 minutes-until cheese is melty. Then top with tomatoes sour cream, etc.

(I may or may not just cook the tots in the baking dish to save on washing dishes, and because I'm lazy)

My concert last week was canceled due to rain. :bawling: This was a first for me. Fella sittin' in my row said the same thing. He has been to a few shows. His name was Concert Dave.

^^ I'm sorry Hobbes. I had one almost canceled due to laryngitis, but it wasn't. His voice was awful. Should've postponed.

Yeah, it sucked. There is promise of a reschedule. We'll see. Just don't put rain or shine on the ticket then cancel due to rain. I've got another show in two weeks, so that's taking a bit of the sting away.

I ate supper but I'm still hungry. I want dessert, but I'd have to walk a couple of blocks and I don't want to.

Car problems sure are a pain. I have a '76 vw bug in family since he was new and he's always got something wrong with him now. Just got a fuel line replaced now I filled with petrol and the tank is leaking. He's sitting in the garage smells terribly of petrol and I'm too busy to call auto club to check if it's safe to drive to the mechanic. I really wish I knew more about cars sometimes!

Yep, Oz economics are in the toilet at the moment! Wherever you stay, don't overspend because it could turn into a very expensive trip!

I just hope it doesn't continue to slide because I am travelling almost all of 2016 on a year off work. It is looking like its gonna cost almost twice the original estimation.

Stupid websites that assume your 'delivery address'is a 'residential address'. I have everything sent to my other address because delivery carriers deliver to businesses first, like by 10am.

I'm still waiting for my stuff to be delivered... :anguished:

That sounds awesome, I love travelling. I do feel for you about the dollar but hopefully by next year it will have recovered
