    Of course I could, I did before it was invented after all. I don't think I'd want to though as it is sadly my prime means of communication!

    No not at all. I don't see social media doing a lot of healthy confidence boosting. Normally I associate it with things like narcissism, an unhealthy need for attention and encouragement. I worry about the effect camera phones are having on children (with regard to posing and posting). It's great for communication and expanding one's horizons though.
