    Any tips on how to stop? I've tried all the products that are supposed to taste bad... none have worked.

    Maybe a picture of seeing yourself do it would be helpful. A candid shot? I'd suggest gloves, but my thought is that you do this during the day and not at night. Let me think on this more. Maybe I'll think of something else.

    I don't hate anything about myself, but the trait I have the most issues with is that I give to much away to others and leave myself hanging. There needs to be a better balance there.
