My friend owns a shirt shop, he is making one for me for MSG.
Its gonna say something from "Single Video Theory"
I think I want it to say,
"It was Stone's fault. Stone was the problem"
And maybe SVT on the back.
LOL

I've gotta be honest with you. We all know about "That guy" who wears shirts of the band he is going to see. You would be that guy x 1000 if you wore that shirt. Maybe 50 people in the arena would get it and the rest would think you were on drugs when you got dressed that day. Just my opinion.0

"play no way you pussies"
and wear whatever shirt you want
the whole "dont wear a shirt of the band you are seeing" is dumb IMHO0 -
Hell yes ... wear what you want to wear!!!
People will think you're COOL just because YOU'RE THERE!!!!I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!
...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!0 -

I agree, if people are that damn uptight about seeing someone wear a shirt of the band they are seeing, that's pretty damn sad.
I'll be there, in my PJ shirt. Who the hell cares.MSG 7/8-7/9/03 -- Boston 9/28/04 -- Hartford 5/13/06 -- Boston 5/24-5/25/06 -- MSG 6/24-6/25/08 -- Hartford 6/27/08 -- Philly 10/31/09 -- Hartford 5/15/10 -- Boston 5/17/100 -

MSG shows will be chock full of hardcore fans. At least 50 PERCENT of the people will get the "Stone was the problem" thing.
Sounds cool. If it's what you want... go for it!sometimes life don't leave you alone0 -
Well, if you take a poll of people at concerts I think they would disprove your opinion but to each his own. I personally do wear band shirts to shows occasionally but again, the average person thinks it's pretty stupid.
And as I said before, the shirt you want to wear would make no sense to most people. I am a huge fan, have been for years and LOVE SVT but I have no idea what that line even means.
And no need to get defensive. You asked for opinions and I gave you one.0 -

I had two people that I had never met before say it to me in LA this weekend....And one of the said it in a group setting and everyone appeared to get it. That's all I'm saying...
How old are most of the people that think it's dumb to wear a PJ shirt to a PJ show. Under 24? (I'm asking honestly...not condescendingly.)sometimes life don't leave you alone0 -

I will totally say hey if I see you walking around. I will probably be in a Pearl jam shirt as well0 -
Just make sure it doesn't say "I love Pearl Jam more than you do!"
Remember what poor Detroit2NYC went through???
Though most of it was cattiness directed towards her because she is pretty.
I thought it was funny.Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome

It's not just pearl jam shows. It's any band. Generally people I have encountered think it is funny when people do that. I even heard a poll on the radio regarding it and most people think it's gay. That said...I do wear shirts of bands I am going to see so fuck other people. Wear what you want.0 -

Take all the polls you want. Forgive me If I don't give a damn about what people think of my apparel at a Pearl Jam concert. If someone enjoys wearing them then isn't that all that matters? Not what the polls of surrounding strangers say.MSG 7/8-7/9/03 -- Boston 9/28/04 -- Hartford 5/13/06 -- Boston 5/24-5/25/06 -- MSG 6/24-6/25/08 -- Hartford 6/27/08 -- Philly 10/31/09 -- Hartford 5/15/10 -- Boston 5/17/100 -

Where the hell did this come from? In my opinion you seem to be "that guy" who thinks he's too cool for school. And before his first step... He's off again...0 -
