    Nah,I look at calves as their own entity.Kinda like they are the biceps of the leg if you will.Most of the time I will do those on arm day since the primary focus is smaller muscle groups and you can't blast the shit out of them with higher rep sets if need be.

    Sorry empty. The lifeguards today were all a little older. I was in the pool while school was going on still so the women were a little too old for you. I would peg them about 30.

    True,but those are usually above the strike zone.When you reach for the low hanging fruit you run the risk of tipping the ball back into your face or pulling something.

    Rule #1 of the locker room. If your going to have your pecker out, please have your shirt off. No shirt cocking ! Don't surprise someone having them think your fully clothed, just to look down and inadvertently meat gaze your junk. That's just creepy. And also as per the old dudes at the gym, you don't have to completely strip down to zero clothes just to go brush your teeth in the locker room sink before you walk all the way to the showers across the room.

    Been on IR all week,was told by my wife I wasn't working out or I would blow out my stitches.I didn't feel like arguing and the rest has been nourishing.Back at it tomorrow.Start easy,arms,calves and abs.I think I will eat some cookies tonight.
