    Snowstorm. I'd be sure to have snow tires on. Not sure I could handle a rain storm.

    WYR work for less pay/benefits, but live where you want, or make a little more and have better benefits, but live somewhere you're not really happy?

    Well having done both I can say I would go with crocs and socks - less people notice that for some strange reason.
