    I've been soooooo good lately. I started watching my calories, working out (whenever I don't have to stay late at work), taking supplements (biotin and glucosamine), cut out most sweets...and that's what I've been craving.

    I have ONE Trader Joe's dark chocolate PB cup a night, and sometimes a San Pellagrino slushie . Those Zoku cups are amazing, they make the best slushies, and you don't have to worry about them melting too fast...you can take your time to eat it.
