Congrats to Huddy for the accomplishment.

I can't see Cueto changing the AL race. KC needs another pitcher still. Unless you have Bumgarner one starter isnt enough and KC still has no one after Cueto. Plus Cueto looks off to me this season.

So Rob, should I go watch the Giants roll all over the Rangers this weekend?

You really don't need starting pitching with that kind of bull pen. All you need is someone to get you to the 6th.

If they give him an extra few days off heading in (which they should be able to) I think they will like when they traded for. As a Reds fan I hate to see him traded but he wasn't signing with us anyway so we needed to try and get something back.
The love he receives is the love that is saved

You try and make it sound so simple in just getting to the 6th. Once you get deep into the playoffs everyone has a decent bullpen and part of that is lost. How did that bullpen work out for them last year?

KC had no business even making it to the world series last year. But that bull pen was lights out the entire playoffs. So it kinda was score us a couple runs and hope the starters get us to the 6th.

I don't understand it. Don't they already lead the league in runs? They need pitching.

I agree with that, but I would imagine they are going to get pitching still. I think that is a no brainer trade for them though. Those two pitching prospects are far from sure things. That said, I don't mind them losing pitching prospects when they already have terrible pitching.
