    I know you lazy turds won't be going to the gym but I have a tip for you if you do go. Most people don't realize but prison rules apply in the gym. When going for the first time you need to find the biggest dude there with a lady friend and go hit on his friend in front of him. This will establish you as alpha male in the gym and you will no longer have to wait for equipment. Now be careful as some of these dudes may be roided up. The best tactic is to charge them if you must take it to the next level. They may be huge but are slow. In the event you get your ass kicked start looking for a new gym as you are now the bottom bitch.

    I can tell you have never been in a good gym. They have liquid soap in dispensers in each stall. Rich people gyms have the good stuff.

    They probably had to install those to cut down on the incidents of "accidentally" dropping the soap in the shower.

    If it is it makes for excellent soap. I don't look at how others are using it. Plus good gyms each stall has a door. You don't see anyone. You are free to do the jerk and clean if you want.

    Fuck I am sore today. Didn't watch my protein intake (have fun with that one) and didn't get enough yesterday. Fuck my chest is sore but I can squish my pecs together and make some very nice clevage (have fun with that one as well) now.
