The other day I was rinsing off a filet of supermarket salmon when I realized I wouldn't have a clue what to do with a real live fish straight out the water.
I love fish. If the doc says "No more meat or poultry, only fish" I'd be like "that's cool."
Who wants to take me fishing & teach me how to filet a fishy?

Then we will hit a nice Irish Pub for corned beef sandwiches and a few more cold ones.
